It is a designated Blue Wave Beach where guests may go reef diving and fossil hunting up to a quarter mile offshore. Not only is the beach a hot spot, but so is the pier. The favorite location for strolling, fishing, and taking in expansive views of the coastline is the Venice Fishing Pier, which juts out into the Gulf of Mexico.
